The 25 most attractive employers in Berlin

More than just a good job. This is what we expect from our employer. In addition to salary and promotion prospects, as well as company growth and turnover, the following factors are becoming increasingly important for employees when looking for work: social responsibility and a company’s active, charitable commitment to the business location, as well as personal development and career opportunities. But which firms offer all this in Berlin? Who are the capital’s most attractive employers?

The business magazine, Capital, and statistics portal, Statista, put these questions to 14,500 employees throughout Germany. A large-scale online survey offered a choice of around 3,200 employers with offices in 25 metropolitan regions and workforces of between 250 and 5,000 staff. These were rated according to the above-mentioned criteria. This allowed respondents to not only rate their own company, but also all the others.

The result is a list of the Top 500 German companies – 25 of them in Berlin. Be they corporate groups, foundations, medium-sized firms or charities – Berlin’s most attractive employers are as diverse as our city. See for yourself! Here are the winners in alphabetical order:
