Who are you and what do you do?
We are INES Analytics GmbH, a Berlin‑based software startup with a clear mission: to make structural inequalities in companies visible and reduce them. For a discrimination‑free future for all employees in organizations.
Our scientifically based tools analyze HR data and reveal where employees are structurally disadvantaged, for example in pay, career opportunities, or working conditions. Based on gender‑neutral, objective data, companies can make transparent decisions and develop targeted measures to increase fairness.
In short: we provide SaaS solutions that help companies truly understand their HR and compensation data and derive concrete actions for greater fairness and transparency.
What are your plans in Berlin?
Berlin is home to many companies, research institutions, and initiatives working on the topics of digitalization, the labor market, and equality.
At this intersection, we continue to develop our software together with companies and prepare HR data in a way that makes it truly useful. This enables organizations to better understand where structural inequalities exist, for example in pay or career opportunities, and how they can sustainably reduce them.
With the new EU Pay Transparency Directive, companies are facing expanded disclosure obligations regarding equal pay for equal and equivalent work, as well as reporting requirements on the gender pay gap for all EU companies with 100 or more employees. This is exactly where we step in with our tools, offering practical and scalable solutions to make this transition easier.
At the moment, we are still a small team. In Berlin, we want to continue growing step by step and deliberately bring on board people who are committed to transparent and fair working conditions.
