Who are you and what do you do?

We run a platform that connects talented remote workers and companies that lack human resources. We deliver “online assistants” to clients in order to support their business; marketing, sales, HR, accounting, business development, and any other back-office operations. aster is one of the largest remote work companies in Japan. We’ve started working remotely since our founding in 2014. More than 1000 members work remotely in 22 countries and 47 prefectures in Japan.

What are your plans in Berlin?

We envision doing business throughout Germany. Our primary goal is to adapt our online assistance services to local businesses and communities. Through our online assistance service, we will encourage development that will benefit businesses in the capital and throughout Germany.

Who do you need for it? / What job positions are you currently looking for?

Currently we are looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/x). With the help of this person we want to develop a strategy including costs for establishing a German location.
