Aufgaben – Einleitung

Caster (https://caster.co.jp/) holds up the mission to “Empower Remote Workers”We were established in 2014, and since then we have been focusing on how to increase the number of remote workers in the world , and also to empower them.We have more than 1,000 members in Japan, all remote workers. We deliver online assistant, consulting, and remote dispatch business. Seeing the shortage in human resources globally, we have launched a global expansion project. First, we will set up a German branch (will be a subsidiary after the IPO) . We need local members for this expansion project, especially in the HR division.The HR division is expected to hire assistants, marketers, accountants, etc. to set up the German branch.

• To establish a strategy in hiring staff needed for the German branch
• To establish a hiring strategy, including cost per hiring, agent control, headcount control
• To hire staff
• To set up a HR opearation (payment, work time schedule, policy making, salary table creation, contract management, etc..)
• To operate daily HR related issues

Was Sie mitbringen

• Must to have
• To have 3 years or longer experience in HR related work
• To have 1 years or longer experience in hiring
• To have 1 years or longer experience in labour management
• Business level English
• Nice to have
• Work experience with international a company
• Experience in establishing a new company, branch, or subsidiary
