Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH, Fasanenstrasse 85, 10623 Berlin, here in after referred to as Berlin Partner, is giving away the items listed on the LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/talent-berlin/). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for the content.
1. What can be won?
You can win 10x one free tickets for the ILA 2024 in Berlin including Admission to the TALENT HUB.
2. How can you win?
You can enter the giveaway by answering the winning question in a comment on LinkedIn under the giveaway post.
3. Over what period will the competition be held?
The competition starts after the publication of the post on the 22/05/2024 and ends on 04/06/2024 at midnight.
4. Who can participate?
Participation is free of charge and is open to any natural person over the age of 18.
5. How are the winner determined?
The winner will be selected by Berlin Partner from all participants in an independent random selection procedure
6. How do I find out if I have won?
Participants who have won will be notified by an employee of Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH contacting them via direct message on LinkedIn.
7. How do I get my prize?
Participants who have won will receive an online code directly via direct message on LinkedIn. Winners can use this code to book their ticket directly in the ILA ticket store (https://ila-berlin.de/en/tickets).
8. Reservation clause
Berlin Partner reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Berlin Partner will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, a proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
Berlin Partner is not liable for any loss, cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond our area of responsibility. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by prizes of equal value.
9. Privacy policy
Your safety and satisfaction are the focus. Berlin Partner saves and uses the data collected exclusively for carrying out the competition. After the competition has ended, all data will be deleted. Further information on privacy can be found at https://talent.berlin/en/privacy-policy.
10. Miscellaneous
The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Entitlement to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. Legal action is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. In their place, an appropriate regulation will be used, which corresponds most closely to the purpose of the ineffective provision. Berlin Partner reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
