Who are you and what do you do?
We are an interdisciplinary team driven by a passion for high-quality architecture and intelligent solutions – particularly for projects in the office, industrial, and healthcare sectors. For us, architecture is not just about constructing buildings, but about rethinking what already exists and developing it sustainably. We design, build, and transform spaces to create places that are functional, inspiring, and genuinely support collaboration. In doing so, we bring together diverse perspectives and consistently advance key themes such as sustainability, digitalisation, and method-driven construction.
What are your plans for Berlin?
The Berlin office is located in close proximity to the central station. From here, our team plans and delivers technically sophisticated and sustainable construction projects throughout Berlin and beyond. Two current projects in Berlin-Marzahn serve as compelling examples of our expertise: for B.I.G., Vollack is planning and delivering a sustainable timber-hybrid new build that permanently stores CO2 within the building structure. For climate technology start-up Ucaneo Biotech, Vollack is planning and delivering one of Europe’s largest demonstration facilities for atmospheric CO2 removal, mimicking the function of the human lung.
Who do you need for this?
We are currently looking for two new colleagues to support us on a long-term basis in the areas of cost estimation and project procurement. As a Cost Estimator (m/f/d), you will be involved early on in the technical project development phase and will be responsible for calculating our turnkey new-build and revitalisation projects. As a Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of subcontractor and engineering services for our construction projects.
