Who are you and what do you do?

Lumoview is a technology company originating from the DLR environment that uses patented 3D laser scanning technology to digitally capture buildings within seconds. Our goal is to decarbonize the building sector by making existing building data digitally usable.

Many buildings today are still data deserts. Outdated plans, manual measurements, and media discontinuities slow down renovations and energy consulting. We change that: With the LumoScanner, we capture rooms in 2 seconds and process the data using an AI-supported workflow to create 3D models, floor plans, and room data books. This provides the foundation for energy-efficient renovations, energy consulting, and sustainable portfolio management.

What are your plans for Berlin?

For Lumoview, Berlin is the ideal location to advance our vision. The city offers a vibrant start-up ecosystem, a strong network in sustainability and technology, and access to qualified professionals.

Our goal is to further establish Berlin as a hub for the digitalization of building data. From here, we want to drive not only local projects but also projects across Germany and Europe in order to make as many buildings as possible more sustainable.
 

Who do you need to achieve this?

We regularly look for additional team members, such as qualified architects, software developers, and building surveyors on site, both for permanent positions and project-based work. Current job openings can always be found here.

We currently have 2 office locations in Berlin and Cologne. In addition, some employees work remotely from various locations throughout Germany.
