What you'll do:
Assess new partnership opportunities and establish commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
Continuously search for new growth opportunities through partnerships, creating and
implementing new ways of collaboration
Monitor, evaluate and analyze collaboration results and data
Creating reports of ongoing operation with partners, monitor and evaluate data
Collaborate closely with cashback, growth and product teams to define new partnership
requirements.
Responsible for arranging and working out the best conditions with partners
Job requirements
Working experience in partnerships management and/or key account management (3-5 years)
Previous experience working in an international, dynamic environment
Previous experience in sales in a FinTech as an advantage.
Ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent English and German, any other European language, is an advantage
