Type: Full time permanent contractLocation: Berlin (possible partial remote)Frequent business travels within Germany and EuropeStarting date: As soon as possibleEasyMile has experienced a strong growth of funded passenger transportation projects in Germany during the last years, therefore we are looking for a Project Manager to further develop and qualify the existing project portfolio.

• You will join a highly motivated and dynamic team in Berlin. To fulfill your professional mission, frequent business travels to Toulouse and to the various project locations will be needed. After your start, an initial training of a few weeks in Toulouse is required.
• You will focus on passenger transportation vehicles (people mover) on public ground in Germany. In tight collaboration with many teams, you will manage the transition from the operation of the vehicles with safety attendants to a fully driverless fleet operation:
• Manage the funded project portfolio for EasyMile’s people mover technology in Germany strategically as a program in close coordination with the headquarter in Toulouse
• Manage operatively a large funded R&D project for autonomous vehicle technology in Germany and overview and support the progress of further people mover innovation projects in Germany
• Manage the relationships to technology partners and funding bodies in Germany
• Collaborate closely with EasyMile’s R&D department in order to structure and work off project specific deliverables and milestones
• Report and disseminate your results externally and internally

• We are looking for:
• Master in a STEM-discipline or Industrial Engineering. A PhD is a plus.
• Experience with the project management of large innovation projects
• Motivation and operative power: Coming with a “do’er” mentality
• Fluent in German. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills
• Desirable:
• Experience in cluster management for a technology field
• Sound basis on New Mobility and Autonomous Driving
• Knowledge about today’s transportation market in Europe, about sustainability and renewable energy systems
