With headquarter in Seoul/Korea and each office in Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, Beijing, Singapore, HYUNDAI CRADLE Berlin is the European innovation hub of Hyundai Motor Company. Its primary responsibilities are to create and implement open innovation strategy of Hyundai Motor Company.

Tasks: Assist the Hyundai CRADLE Berlin team in

• Identifying innovative startups in the areas of Mobility, Autotech, Robotics, AI, Energy, and Industry 4.0
• Conducting technology/market analyses across industries, regions, and leading players
• Researching innovative technologies, business partners and opinion leaders in Europe
• Supporting open innovation events prepared/organized by CRADLE Berlin

Was Sie mitbringen

Requirement:

• High motivation to develop a deep understanding of the European startup ecosystem
• Ability to approach problems with a logical, structured mindset
• Collaborative and adaptable team player – work in a small agile team locally in Berlin
• Preferably enrolled student majoring in Engineering, Technology Management, Communications, or other related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good skills within MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Duration: 

Short-term internship: 2 Months (from August 1st to September 30th, 2024) 

Mid-term internship: 6 Months (from August 1st, 2024 to January 31st, 2025) 

Adjustable depending on the situation 

German internship contract base 

Location: Berlin (Ebert Str. 2, 10117 Berlin)
